Shipping Policy
Due to the size and value of our Stones, shipping rates vary. There will be a separate charge for shipping our Stones. Please contact MorAfrica directly to discuss logistical requirements and shipping costs. Most stones are located in Africa.

All paintings ship free within the United States.

We will contact you directly to discuss and setup your delivery options.

Return & Exchange Policy
For paintings, we offer store credit up to thirty (30) days from delivery. For Stones, we offer store credit up to ninety (90) days from the delivery date. If you would like to return your item, please contact us at directly at: kevin@morafrica.com.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, we will need your credit card information used for the purchase.

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Because of this, if you are concerned that we may not consider the returned item(s) to be in original condition, please reach out to us directly.

Depending on the situation, the item may be repairable, in which we may have you ship directly to the artist for repair. All shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for us to receive and inspect your package can be up to two weeks or more.

If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We offer no guarantee that we will receive your returned item. If it is received damaged, due to either improper packaging or mishandling by the shipper, we will have to reject the return. We will be willing to hold the package for 30 days in the event the shipper needs to inspect it.
